Owen Herrock

Biography

Owen is a postdoctoral fellow with Lina Bergman at the University of Gothenburg. Owen earned
his PhD from the University of Mississippi Medical Center where he studied the involvement of
inflammation in cardiovascular dysfunction in preeclampsia. His main research focus is how
inflammatory mediators induce vascular dysfunction and how this process contributes to
cardiovascular disease in preeclampsia.
